are engaged in the business of providing “complete
manufacturing, exporting and packaging solutions”
to the cosmetics industry with range of personal care
and skin care products - including talcum powder, body
talc, baby powder, dusting powder, prickly heat powder,
pressed powders (compacts), blackhead removal strips,
creams, lotions, alcohol based products etc.  The
products are manufactured at its state-of-the-art plants
in India, packed and sent directly to the customer’s
distributors and overseas buyers all over the world.
Statistical
quality control measures ensure a consistency and uniformity
of the finished product. The facilities include fully
equipped microbiological laboratory and a well-qualified
team of chemists who ensure that the product meets stringent
specifications including those for bacteria content
and other contamination. The workforce, trained to maintain
the highest standards of hygiene, is dedicated to maintain
the quality of the product
- Talcum
powder/ Prickly Heat Powder/ Dusting Powder :
The group has numerous ribbon blenders with capacities
ranging from 150 kgs. To 1.5 tons. Further the facilities
have more than a dozen packing lines with auger filling
machines with a combined capacity of filling around
1.5 lakh containers per day. Available in superior
quality of Plastic Containers of various sizes ranging
from 100 gms. to 800 GMs
- Baby
Powder : The group also has facilities to handle
sterilized talc and manufactures baby powder. All
sizes ranging from 100 GMs To 625 GMs.
- Colored
Pressed powder : The equipment include imported
Kemwall Mark VI and Mark IV machines having a combined
capacity of stamping more than 50,000 pieces per day.
Presently, the facilities are being used to manufacture
compacts for Lakme, Yardley and Oriflame. The facilities
are capable of manufacturing compacts, eye shadows,
blush on etc.
- Creams
and Lotions :This
facility of around 22,000 sq. feet has equipment including
general-purpose mixers with in-built homogenizer,
and Cowles dissolver capable of taking batches of
100 kgs to 1 ton. The plant has bottle and tube packing
machines.
- Printing
& Decoration : The group also has installed
various machines for decoration of bottles and containers
including pad printing machines, therimage (heat transfer
printing machines). The group uses these facilities
to provide complete end-to-end solutions to its customers
right from liaisoning with the ad agencies to coordinate
the art works etc to developing the shrink sleeves,
labels, etc. and using the containers on line.
With
its team of dedicated employees, the group’s vision
is to be able to provide quality “manufactured
and packaged solutions” to cosmetics manufacturing
companies and to do so at a price competitive enough
to make India a global manufacturing base for these
companies.
